I don’t get this – 15 days after cheering in the New Year – planning how 2018 is going to be our ‘Best Year Ever’; making resolutions about exercise, weight, work/life balance and setting personal and business goals its suddenly the most ‘depressing day of the year’.
What could possibly happen in 15 days – OK its dark, the credit card bills have arrived from your excesses over Christmas, you may have already broken you ‘Dry January’ challenge.
But we seriously we are 15 days into the best year of our lives!
Come on – you’ve got 11 ½ months of this fantastic year to go – lots to do – people to see, business to win and happy memories to make.
Thinking about this ‘most depressing day’ tag got me listing all the things that make me happy, proud, grateful and cheerful. The list is so long I would bore you to write them all.
So, get over the gloomy weather, bills, broken resolutions and work out what you should be grateful for, understand how lucky you are and drop this ‘Most depressing day’ tag once and for all.
